Bought some hardwood flooring for my upper level from Randy’s in Cedar Rapids. Ryan Homan was very helpful and had an answer for all of my questions. Didn’t seem as he was trying to just sell me flooring but seemed more like he was helping me buy flooring. Thanks again for great service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next project.

"I would recommend Randy's Flooring product and sales; however, the installers I am very disappointed in. The installers did not put down the proper transitions pieces. The pieces did not even match up. The adhesive was all over the floor. Installers started laying the floor down the week of July 30 and still not completed. Went several weeks without notifying me with an update. Job is still not finished......today is August 24 (a month later). The strip in front of the fireplace is bowed up. Can easily be broke if someone stepped on it. Pleased with the Sales Rep., Dee Zimmerman, greeted me immediately when I came into the door. Willing to show and explain all the different types of floors I had questions with. "

"We love the new flooring AND carpet! Ken (the LVP installer) went out of his way to find the source of an annoying squeak in our floor and eliminate it. We did have a minor issue with some plank lifting after the carpet was installed, but it is in process of being repaired and we feel confident that it will be taken care of to our satisfaction."

Four years later and my carpet still looks like brand new. Highly recommend Brian. He was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice for my flooring.

Best experience ever! Sales staff extremely friendly, knowledgeable taking time to listen to our needs and suggesting the right carpet for our needs. We asked for a tear out team to come one day with the installation team to follow a few days after. This gave us time to clean the basement floor the way we wanted. Both crews were exceptional, on time and treated our home as if it were there own. We feel Randy's Flooring went above and beyond our expectations and would recommend them without hesitation. Gary Buser was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted, made good suggestions, came to our house to see what would work for us, and was adaptable and flexible. I didn't feel pressured by him which I appreciated. Our installer, Tony Teel, was excellent. He was on time, explained things to us, worked hard and did a professional job that we are very pleased with. He was also very good at cleaning up when he left. That was an unexpected and added plus.

Service for the whole family! When my wife and I found out we had a baby on the way we knew the carpet we moved into had to go. It was neglected and filthy and I just wasn't having it. I called Randy's and got in touch with their sales guy Brian who was prompt in communication and service. All around, they were just a breeze to deal with. Brian and I corresponded over email, phone, and text. Got the whole thing done quick and easy, no drama.The installers they contract and hire are great too. Top notch professionals making good money for honest work. Not the kind of seedy guys you worry about having in your home. Nice, hardworking family guys that are really good at what they do.I was so happy with them I asked Brian to line up my wife's grandparent's home with new laminate flooring they've been talking about for years.
