Natalie is an Interior Designer with a passion for elevating everyday spaces and helping clients truly love where they live. She believes great design starts with listening, and she enjoys working closely with customers to understand their lifestyle, needs, and vision — creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but easier to live in.

Before joining Randy’s Flooring, Natalie built a strong foundation in customer-focused roles, developing a service-driven mindset rooted in simplicity, comfort, and trust. She brings that same thoughtful approach to every project, guiding clients through selections with clarity and confidence.

Natalie’s favorite product lines are carpet and area rugs. She loves how carpet introduces warmth and softness to a home, while area rugs add personality, dimension, and a layered, custom feel that ties a room together.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with family, baking homemade desserts and specialty treats, and cheering on the Hawkeyes at basketball and wrestling events at Carver Arena.
